The property is Nuevo Vallarta-based — in Nayarit state, technically about 20 km north of Puerto Vallarta proper across the state line, but functionally accessed through the same PVR airport (20 minutes). This location on the Riviera Nayarit gives the property a quieter beach than the Puerto Vallarta Hotel Zone, with the Marina Vallarta and Old Town PV restaurants available as a group dinner excursion option.

Sunset Terrace
The most versatile outdoor venue at the resort — a large garden terrace surrounded by lush tropical greenery. The 650-guest cocktail capacity and 450-guest reception capacity make it the largest outdoor reception venue at the property. Perfect for Garba, Sangeet, or large cocktail hours following a beach ceremony.
Splash Terrace
Beachfront terrace positioned near the pools — a great option for couples who want ocean proximity without standing in the sand. Cocktail 220, reception 180. No ceremony capacity listed — best used as a cocktail-hour or reception space after a beach ceremony.
Ipanema Terrace
Open-air terrace under the open sky — a relaxed, medium-sized cocktail and reception space for groups of 60–120. The open-air setting and tropical surroundings make it a good alternative to the Splash Terrace for mid-sized evening receptions.

Sanctuary Ballroom ★
The flagship venue at Hard Rock Vallarta — 1,500-guest cocktail and 910-seat reception with entertainment permitted until 1 AM. The largest indoor reception venue of any Hard Rock Mexico property. Full air conditioning, dance floor, premium AV capabilities. The Sanctuary Foyer adjacent to the ballroom serves as a cocktail pre-function space. The 1 AM license is unique — no other Hard Rock Mexico outdoor venue runs past 11 PM.
Nayarit Ballroom
The second ballroom — 480-guest cocktail and 400-seat reception, also licensed until 1 AM. The Nayarit Ballroom is ideal for mid-sized indoor receptions of 150–400 guests who want the late-night license and air conditioning without the full scale of the Sanctuary Ballroom. Can be used concurrently with the Sanctuary for two-venue programs.
