These Terms of Use apply to your use of vfldestinationweddings.com. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
These terms cover the website only. They are not the terms for booking a wedding or group trip — those are set out separately in writing, as explained in Section 4.
2. Who We Are
VFL Destination Weddings is operated by Vacations For Less, Inc. ("VFL," "we," "our," or "us"), a family-owned travel agency and registered California Seller of Travel (CST #2002477-40). We act as a travel agent: resorts, airlines, and other travel suppliers provide the travel services we arrange for you.
3. Information on This Site
- Everything on this site — including resort descriptions, wedding packages, prices, promotions, and planning guides — is general information to help you plan.
- Prices, package inclusions, promotions, and availability are set by resorts and suppliers and can change at any time without notice.
- Nothing on this website is an offer, a guarantee, or a confirmed booking.
- We work to keep information accurate and up to date, but errors can happen. We may correct errors at any time.
4. Wedding Group Terms Are Set Before You Book
Every destination wedding is different. Terms vary by hotel, the number of rooms blocked, and the travel period — and resorts can change their terms at any time. That's why we don't publish booking terms on this website. Instead:
- Before we book your group or you sign with us, we provide a written agreement with all the terms and conditions for your specific hotel and room block — including deposits, payment schedule, room-block requirements, and cancellation and change policies.
- You review it and ask questions. Your VFL specialist will walk you through anything that's unclear.
- Your group is booked only after you sign. Once signed, your written agreement is what governs your wedding group — not the general information on this website.
If anything on this website differs from your signed agreement, your signed agreement controls.
5. Quotes & Inquiries
Requesting a quote, filling out a form, or contacting us is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and current availability, and they are not final until confirmed in your written agreement.
6. Our Content
The text, photos, graphics, logos, and design of this website belong to Vacations For Less, Inc. or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal planning, but you may not copy, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Resort names and logos belong to their respective owners.
7. Using the Site
Please don't:
- Submit false information or inquiries in someone else's name.
- Try to disrupt, hack, or overload the website, or use automated tools to scrape its content.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
8. Other Websites
Our site links to resort, supplier, and social media websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
This website is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vacations For Less, Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on its general information. This section does not limit any rights you have under your signed booking agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
