What the Free Wedding Collection Is

At Hard Rock Hotels, the entry tier of the five-package "Inspirations" collection is called the Complimentary package, sometimes labeled the Classic Arrangement. It's not a stripped-down placeholder — it's a genuinely complete symbolic ceremony package: minister, coordinator, décor, cake, and toast, all included at no additional package cost.

The trade-off isn't quality — it's flexibility. The Complimentary package uses a fixed white décor set rather than one of the four themed collections (Free Spirit, Tropical Paradise, Modern Enchantment, Lavish Daydream), and at most properties it requires your wedding group to book a minimum number of room nights to unlock it at no cost.

How to Qualify

Unlocking the Complimentary package at no package cost generally works one of two ways, depending on the property:

   Room-night minimum (most properties)

   Your wedding group books a minimum number of guest rooms for a minimum number of nights. Once that threshold is met, the Complimentary ceremony package is included at no charge. Thresholds vary by property and by season — VFL confirms the current number for your chosen resort and travel dates before you commit.

2. 2

   No minimum (confirmed at select properties)

   At least one Hard Rock property — Hard Rock Hotel Cancun — currently has no room-night minimum requirement for the Complimentary package, making it accessible regardless of group size. VFL is confirming current status at the other four properties; ask your specialist for the latest.

• The Complimentary package covers the ceremony only — reception, cocktail hour, and dinner are separate.
• Guest count is capped at 32 for the ceremony itself.
• Minister or judge fees, administrative charges, and applicable taxes are not included and are paid separately, consistent across the Hard Rock portfolio.
