- High Season: 1 free room for every 15 paid (Max: 3 rooms)
- Mid Season: 1 free room for every 15 paid (Max: 4 rooms)
- Low Season: 1 free room for every 10 paid (Max: 4 rooms)
A surcharge per room/night applies for taxes and gratuities. Applies only to double occupancy, up to Caribbean Diamond/Deluxe Diamond category.
Room Upgrades
Book 25 rooms or 75+ room nights and receive 1 complimentary upgrade to the next category. Upgrade may be passed to a guest if already booked in a higher category. 3-night minimum stay required.
Private Events & Dining Options
Private Functions
- 10–19 rooms: 2-hour private dinner
- 20–29 rooms: 4-hour private dinner
- 30–49 rooms: 2 functions (3 hrs each)
- 50–89 rooms: 2 functions (4 hrs each)
- 90+ rooms: 2 functions (5 hrs each)
Minimum 3-night stay per room is required. Events must be held on separate days.
Cuisine Options
Choose from International, American, Caribbean, Mexican, Mediterranean, Asian, BBQ, Italian, Seafood, and Dominican. Indian cuisine available upon request for qualifying groups. Vallarta does not currently offer Indian cuisine.
