Secrets Bahía Mita Surf & Spa Resort is an adults-only, all-suite resort on Banderas Bay in Punta de Mita, Riviera Nayarit, roughly 50 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport. Designed by the Mexican architecture firm Sordo Madaleno, it pairs modern lines with natural materials, so every one of its 278 suites looks out over the mountains, the Pacific, or the gardens. For wedding groups, its defining advantage is the resort next door: guests staying at Secrets have free-flow access to the restaurants, bars, and facilities of Dreams Bahía Mita, and family and multi-generational guests can stay at the family-friendly Dreams side while the couple and adult guests enjoy Secrets. Wedding Venues
The resort lists nine ceremony and reception locations: the Beach Terrace, Coral Deck, the Bahía Mita Garden Terrace with Gazebo, the Chapel at the Mountain, and four Presidential Suite terraces (Bay, Pacific, Marietas, and Sayulita). Its wedding team can also host events in the Bahía Mita garden for very large groups, up to 800 guests, and in the modern ballroom.
